Bartlett, Bendall & Kadesh, LLC is a boutique government consulting firm providing both strategic advice and hands-on operational support.  We help our clients identify key policy issues; set priorities and develop strategies; and represent their views before Congress, the federal regulatory agencies, and the Administration.  We bring years of experience, both inside government and as lobbyists before the Congress and the Administration. 

Our focus is on our clients.  Our exclusive goal is for our clients to succeed.  We are dedicated to developing long term relationships with our clients.  We seek to understand the business of our clients and the dynamics of the business and political environment in which they work.  We use this knowledge to assist our clients to develop integrated legislative, regulatory, and political strategies to meet their goals.  Our business is “retail lobbying”: direct and frequent contact with policymakers on our clients’ behalf.

In addition to strategic advice, we provide our clients operational support to get the job done.  Bartlett, Bendall & Kadesh is a non-partisan firm working closely with both Republicans and Democrats and with many caucus groups including the Republican Study Committee, the Blue Dogs, and the New Democrats.  Each of us brings a broad set of congressional, regulatory, administration, and business contacts that we utilize on behalf of our clients.  But we do not rest on our current contacts.  We aggressively pursue new contacts and the deepening of our current relationships through our substantive, social, and political activities.
